We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative.
This is a full-time on-site role that involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing accurate information and solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • Experience with campaign management and customer segmentation.
- • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- • Ability to listen to customers and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries at once.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and friendly manner.
