Demonstrate and sell two-wheelers to customers - Understand and communicate the features and benefits of different models - Assist customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their needs and preferences - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and introduce them to the range of two-wheelers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Assist in showroom product display and arrangement.
- Provide after-sales support and help with product returns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist with inventory management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is necessary.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and two-wheelers is a plus.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet sales targets.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible working hours based on showroom needs, with a focus on full-time shifts.
- Overtime may be required during peak sales periods.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary Structure**: Fixed salary + sales incentives.
- Additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,857.44 per month
