**Job Overview**:
We are looking for experienced **Two-Wheeler Mechanics Instructors** to train students in the practical and theoretical aspects of two-wheeler repair and maintenance. As part of our foundation’s mission to provide valuable vocational training, this role will help equip students with the skills needed to start a career in the automotive repair industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Two-Wheeler Mechanics**:

- Instruct students on the basics of two-wheeler mechanics, including engine repair, electrical systems, brake systems, transmission, and other mechanical components.
- Teach students how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various issues in two-wheelers.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world equipment and two-wheelers for practice.
- **Develop Training Materials**:

- Create a comprehensive curriculum covering both theory and practical skills in two-wheeler mechanics.
- Design instructional materials, workshop manuals, and practical projects for students.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in two-wheeler technology and incorporate them into the lessons.
- **Hands-On Learning**:

- Guide students through practical exercises such as disassembling, repairing, and reassembling two-wheeler engines, electrical systems, and other components.
- Ensure students have adequate workshop practice time to hone their skills.
- **Assess Student Progress**:

- Monitor and assess student progress through tests, hands-on performance evaluations, and project work.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve their mechanical skills.
- Offer guidance on safety protocols and ensure students understand the importance of workplace safety.
- **Workshop Maintenance**:

- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop space to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assist students in using tools properly and safely in the workshop.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Provide students with insights into the automotive industry and guide them in starting their careers as two-wheeler mechanics.
- Help students understand industry standards and job market requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, including repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Practical experience working as a two-wheeler mechanic (industry certifications preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain mechanical concepts clearly.
- Ability to supervise and mentor students in a workshop setting.
