Assist in the preparation, packing, and dispatch of catering items for all events.
- Support on-ground event operations including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders as per event requirements.
- Help manage stock of catering materials and report shortages or damages.
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of all catering equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams for smooth event execution.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of items as instructed.
- Maintain event checklists and records of materials dispatched and received.
- Submit daily reports on event execution and material status.
- Maintain logs for fuel usage, transport, and any overtime work.
- Provide courteous and professional service during events.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and escalate concerns as needed.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards during handling and service.
- Support chefs and senior team members with event preparation.
- Coordinate with the central catering team for daily updates and instructions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
