We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join our team. The Helper will assist with various tasks as needed, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assistance**: Provide general assistance to skilled workers, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- **Support Tasks**: Help with basic tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and preparing work areas.
- **Equipment Handling**: Safely operate and maintain basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- **Manual Labor**: Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving items as required.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- **Task Execution**: Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- **Basic Skills**: Familiarity with basic tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- **Dependability**: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- **Communication**: Basic communication skills to understand instructions and convey information effectively.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors.

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
