**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand manpower requirements from production and admin departments at the factory.
- Conduct initial screenings, document verifications, and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
- Manage hiring for roles such as machine operators, helpers, warehouse staff, loading/unloading staff, etc.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities, including ID creation, attendance system setup, and joining kits.
- Maintain records of hiring activities, attrition, and headcount reports.
- Liaise with local contractors and staffing partners for bulk or temporary hiring.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and code of conduct during recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (FMCG/Manufacturing sector preferred).
- Familiarity with local talent sourcing in Bahadurgarh and nearby areas.
- Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi fluency required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
