We are hiring Procurement Manager - MEP from interior fit out Industry only.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager - MEP at KRAYONS. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, analytical skills, procurement, and contract management. The role will involve overseeing the procurement process and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Procurement: Oversee the procurement process for MEP systems (HVAC, ELECTRICAL,BMS) in interior fit-out projects.
- Tender Management: Manage tender documents, solicit bids, analyze quotes, and submit proposals for approvals.
- Vendor Management: Identify qualified vendors, negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and manage vendor relationships.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost saving opportunities, and ensure project cost efficiency.
- Contract Administration: Review and administer contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to monitor material quality and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in procurement for MEP systems within the interior fit-out or data center industry.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction contracts, and procurement principles.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel preferred) and procurement software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma/BE degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
