Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for **interior fitout** projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services required for interior fitout projects.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering without compromising quality, functionality, or design intent.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other legal documents related to procurement and subcontracting activities.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary limits.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to cost, schedule, and quality, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and financial losses.
- Quantity Takeoff: Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and measurements to accurately assess project requirements and facilitate material procurement and costing.
- Cost Reporting: Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and budget status.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to communicate cost-related information, address inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fitout industry ( Minm 3.5 years ).
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex project specifications and drawings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and industry regulations governing interior fitout projects.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies to coordinate cost-related activities within project teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
