1. **Budget Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's sales budget in collaboration with the finance department.
- Monitor and track expenses related to sales activities, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on budget performance to management.

2. **Employee Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales team personnel, including contact information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for sales staff, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, collaborating with the HR department as needed.

3. **CBO Software Expertise**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CBO software, utilizing its features to streamline sales administration processes.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on the use of CBO software, ensuring optimal utilization of available tools and resources.

4. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales volume, and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
