**Role & Responsibilities**
- Experienced in large scale Production Support Server Environment
- Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical VMWare infrastructure
- Resolving technical issues and analyzing the cause for critical issues.
- Providing support to customer IT environment throughout.
- Technical Transition & Documentation skills

**Technical Skills (Core & Top-Up)**
- VCP/ VCA Certification
- Experience in ESX and Windows System Administration
- Performs the system administration tasks of high complexity on Windows/VMWare environment
- Installs, tests, tunes, maintains, designs and documents supporting systems, utility programs, monitoring tools Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations
- Handles complex incidents escalated by lesser level teams Design and implement Enterprise VMWare Virtual Environment Diagnose problems on ESXi hosts& Configure,
- Knowledge of local and remote computer system diagnostic tools Awareness on monitoring tools like SCOM, SCCM, Nagios etc.
- Good knowledge on High Availability, DRS, VMotion, SV Motion VMware SMP, capacity planner, Plate Spin Power Convert (V2P and P2V)
- Performance goals will range from expedient problem evaluation, diagnosis and resolution, to long-term project objectives measured with milestones
- Installation, management and routine upgrades of VMWARE infrastructure. Develop and maintain automation of VMWARE infrastructure management
- Good hands-on experience on VMware products like Vrops, Log insight, orchestrator, VSAN etc.
- Must have good understanding of SAN configurations, storage components like attached storage, SAN switches, HBA, LUN mapping, Raid and volume groups
- Manage Firmware updates on Host hardware
- Manage ESX Patches
- Manage VMware Tools versions
- Manage VM with snapshots
- VMWare certification (VCP)

- Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts through Scripting/tools
- Incident, Change & Problem management
- Configuration management
- Vendor Management

**Behavioral Skill**
- Supporting technical tasks/incidents

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
