**Key Responsibilities:For Freshers**:

- **Content Writing & Creation**: Write and create engaging written content for blogs, articles, social media, websites, and product descriptions. Focus on clarity, creativity, and engagement.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in creating social media posts, including text, images, and videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Research & Trends**: Stay up to date with industry trends, popular content formats, and social media best practices to ensure content relevance.
- **Editing & Proofreading**: Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the design and marketing teams to create visual and written content that aligns with campaign goals.

**For Experienced**:

- **Strategic Content Development**: Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
- **Content Ideation & Planning**: Generate content ideas and plan editorial calendars in collaboration with marketing and SEO teams.
- **Multimedia Content Creation**: Create multimedia content, including video scripts, infographics, podcasts, and more.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and ROI.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Maintain consistency in the tone, style, and messaging across all content platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teams like design, marketing, and product development to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications:For Freshers**:

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.

**For Experienced**:

- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing.
- Experience with social media strategy and management.

- Knowledge of content performance analytics and tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
