Automobile Trainer

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in automobile sector in sales or service background
- 2-3 years of exp as an Automobile trainer preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Regular Training to Sales personnel on Product, Process and Behavioral skill.
- Conduct Need Based Training in close coordination with General Manager for feedback of individual Sales Officer.
- Coordinate with Group Head Training, for maintaining library and Knowledge Sharing SOP.
- Coordinate with General Manager for planning & preparing Monthly Training calendar.
- Conduct MKIT and regularly monitor Knowledge Index of Sales Force.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
