Position: Ware house Sr. Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.** **RECEIVING OF GOODS FROM VENDORS**

a. Accountable for day to day working at Ware house and supervision of ware house team.

b. Coordinate with Production manager and Merchandiser for stock in as per dispatch schedule.

c. Receiving goods from finishing Store under the supervision of the Production Manager and team. Ensures the quantity matches with OS.

d. Receiving the goods from vendors. Ensures received quantity is as per PO any difference must be bought immediately in the knowledge of vendor for correction.

e. Generate barcode for the received goods

f. Sends barcode details to vendors for print out at their packing level.

g. Prepare PO (if required) on the behalf of Ratan Tex process.

h. Prepare PO within 2 hrs. for vendors as per the request received.

i. Prepare Invoice on the behalf of Ratan Impex to Ratan Tex process and sent it to accounts department for accounting.

j. Barcode pasting and packing are done under the supervision of the ware house Executives.

k. Stacking the goods at allocated racks, supervise packing, pasting of barcodes etc.

l. Update stock entry.

m. Ensure that goods are kept safe and shelving is done properly.

n. Conduct periodically physical inventory check. In case of inventory discrepancies investigate and notify the sales manager ASAP.

**2.** **Packing material**

a. Keep record of packing material stock, order on time for required packing material and barcodes stickers.

3. Any other work given by the management.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
