**Position:

- Outbound Calling Specialist**

**Experience:

- Gurgaon**

- Up to ₹30,000 CTC**

**Key Responsibilities: **
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

**Required Skills**:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Outbound sales: 2 years (required)
- outbound calling: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
