**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**
- Accurately enter financial data, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant information, into the company's accounting system.
- Ensure the timely and precise recording of financial transactions to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
**Verification and Validation**
- Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors, ensuring the accuracy of information entered.
- Perform routine checks to identify and correct errors in financial data.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering, organizing, and summarizing data.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the accounting team to address any discrepancies or issues in financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for accurate data entry.
**Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity
**Skills and requisites**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator with a focus on accounts or finance.
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Excellent time management and organiational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
