**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling procedures to optimize delivery operations.
- Monitor dispatch activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor dispatch team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel to provide guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock for dispatch.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to delivery operations in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, route assignments, and customer interactions.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of dispatch team members and drivers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in dispatch operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
