**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Collaboration with Influencers Executive** to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in managing and growing our relationships with influencers to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and enhance our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Identification & Outreach**:

- Research and identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) aligned with the brand's values and target audience.
- Build and maintain a database of potential and existing influencers.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts, including pitching collaboration ideas.
- **Campaign Development & Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate terms, deliverables, and compensation for collaborations.
- Ensure influencers have all necessary resources (product samples, briefs, guidelines).
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers during campaigns.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.).
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports and insights for optimization.
- **Trend Monitoring & Strategy Optimization**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging influencer marketing tools.
- Recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand’s influencer marketing efforts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing influencer collaborations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling campaign ideas.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms/tools
