**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads** for lead generation.
- Perform **keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO**, technical audits.
- Optimize **websites & landing pages** for SEO and conversions.
- Create **content** for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Track performance using **GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager**.
- Analyze **CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Traffic & Conversions** and report insights.
- Manage **social media presence** and community engagement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of **Digital Marketing experience**:

- Strong **SEO + PPC** execution skills
- Proficiency with **Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager**:

- Social Media (organic + ads) experience
- Strong **content writing & communication**:

- Familiar with **WordPress / CMS**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Increase in **qualified leads & conversions**:

- **Website traffic** & SEO ranking improvements
- Paid campaign **ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR** improvements
