The Domain-Specific Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT plays a vital role in driving academic excellence through their expertise in areas like Cloud Technology(CT) / Cyber Security(CyS) / Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning(AIML).

The key responsibilities include:

- **Content Development**: Develop and validate academic materials such as course content, lesson plans, assessments, and project guidelines. Ensure content aligns with academic frameworks (as NEP, and NCrF) and is up-to-date with industry standards.
- **Curriculum Design and Review**: Contribute to designing and periodically reviewing domain-specific curricula. Incorporate emerging technologies, industry trends, and address skill gaps to enhance employability.
- **Training and Mentoring**: Train faculty members on IT-specific content, tools, and methodologies. Provide mentorship to students for projects, research, and domain-focused activities, ensuring alignment with academic and professional goals.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design assessments to evaluate student competencies in IT domains effectively. Analyze outcomes and suggest strategies to improve academic quality.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure academic content meets university standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
- **Pre-Placement and Career Support**: Develop and deliver training modules focused on technical and domain-specific skills required for placements.
- **Research and Innovation**: Support and lead research initiatives in advanced IT fields. Encourage innovative practices and integration of new technologies in academic projects.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Coordinate with academic heads, industry professionals, and internal teams to align goals. Ensure successful implementation of academic programs and initiatives.
- **Basic Core Computing Knowledge**: Maintain foundational knowledge in core computing concepts like data structures, operating systems, networking, databases etc., alongside domain expertise.
- **Travel Requirements**: Be available to travel to partner universities or campuses as needed for curriculum discussions, training, audits, and events.

**Key Requirements and Qualifications**
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related domain.
- Proven experience in academic content development and curriculum design.
- Strong knowledge in Cloud Technology, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and frameworks like NEP and NCrF.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel as per project or institutional needs.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
