We are looking for a data entry operator to join our company. You will be responsible for entering and updating data in various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and quality of the information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in various databases and systems, such as customer records, invoices, orders, inventory, etc.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Identify and correct errors and discrepancies in data
- Follow data entry standards and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Report any issues or problems with data or systems to the supervisor

**The required age limit criteria is 18 to 28 years**
- Collect data from paper or electronic documents, such as forms, invoices, receipts, etc.
- Process data using data entry software, tools, and techniques
- Store data in appropriate formats and locations, such as spreadsheets, databases, cloud storage, etc.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data validation and verification tasks
- Resolve any data issues or queries by liaising with the data providers or users
- Maintain data security and confidentiality by following data protection policies and protocols
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and other data entry software
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous data entry experience or training
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
