**Job Description - Service Engineer / Technician (DG Sets & Compressors)**
**Location**:Vadodara, Gujarat
**Qualification**:Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical)
**Experience**:2-5 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled **Service Engineer/Technician**to handle installation, service, and maintenance of **Diesel Generator (DG) Sets**and **Air Compressors**. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations at client sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of **DG sets & compressors**.
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical issues in engines and compressors.
- Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance**as per schedules.
- Conduct inspections, identify faults, and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
- Prepare service reports and update records of work completed.
- Coordinate with the service team and report major issues to supervisors.
- Provide technical support at customer sites and ensure high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in **Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering**.
- 2-5 years of experience in servicing DG Sets, compressors, or related equipment.
- Knowledge of **engine systems, alternators, control panels, and compressors**.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

**Other Information**
- Freshers with ITI/Diploma may also be considered for Technician trainee roles.
