**Qualification: (Diploma Eng.) Mechanical, EC Eng., Electrical Eng., ITI**

**Experience: Minimum 1 Year**

**(Preferred: Elevator Industry)**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Installing, repairing and maintaining all types of elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and other conveyances used for moving people vertically in buildings
- Inspecting equipment to ensure it is functioning properly, repairing or replacing parts as needed
- Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Reporting any safety issues with the equipment to management
- Installing new equipment where required
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Auditing existing elevator systems to identify possible problems or weaknesses
- Operating an elevator to test its functionality and ensure that it is safe for public use
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as greasing bearings and lubricating moving parts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
