It does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage and wealth management. **Citi Executive Scorecards team** is responsible to generate and publish scorecards for 400+ top Citi Executives and Senior Managers on a monthly basis. Citi’s Executive Scorecards are constructed to promote behaviors and outcomes which are risk balanced. Metrics aim to align business, regions and functions to Citi’s business strategy and the delivery of regulatory focused initiatives whilst holding managers to the highest standard of Ethics and Professional conduct.
