**Job Background/context**: The Liquidity Management Service range of products offered by Citi assist clients to manage their income as efficiently as possible by providing general treasury management services like cash concentration, pooling and investments. LMS broadly offer these services: 1 - Concentration Services - servicing all concentration services and balance optimization functions, i.e. X-Border, Domestic & Multi Bank Sweeps intraday and end of day 2 - Pooling Services - servicing multi-currency notional pooling 3 - Interest calculations and reallocation services 4 - Investment Options - servicing all investment services, i.e. Money Market placements, Time deposits, Investment sweeps **Opportunity Value**: - Get experience and other skill improvement by expecting a close collaboration with regional and global teams - Be a part of a global team and acquire good knowledge of our core products in Liquidity and Investment and/or related Operations business processes - Opportunity to perform a variety of activities and learn from different processes **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide data input to ensure correct execution of automatic process - Ensure accurate and on-time update of product dashboards - Assist in new automations and dashboard creation - Day to day management of internal complex client inquiries - Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports, specialized ad hoc management reporting and communications, participate in special projects etc - Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis - Participate and facilitate resolution of system outages engaging related to activities under responsibility with all relevant partners such as Tech, Product and Operations - Resolve quality issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct complex analysis **Competencies** - Service orientation, professionalism, proactive and strong client/business focus, accountability - Willingness to work in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving - A detailed and independent thinking style - Excellent organization and administrative skills - Flexibility, versatility and willingness to learn and develop - Proficiency in MS Office - Treasury, Investments or Cash Management knowledge desirable - Process Improvement and Smart Automation tools desirable **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other relevant discipline - 2-4 years of experience - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
