**Job Overview**:
As an Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing compelling print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and other offline marketing collateral. You will work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life and ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Design Creation**: Conceptualize and create eye-catching designs for various offline marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and other print collateral.
- ** Branding**: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communicate the brand’s message effectively.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to understand the project requirements, timeline, and goals.
- ** Layout & Typography**: Expertly use typography and layout design to communicate key messages clearly and attractively.
- ** Pre-Press**: Prepare final designs for print, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and ready for production.
- ** Quality Control**: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before printing.
- ** Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standards.
- ** Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with design trends, printing techniques, and the latest tools and technologies in the offline design space.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- ** Experience**: Proven experience (X+ years) as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of offline print design work.
- ** Software Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design software.
- ** Creativity**: Strong creative flair with an eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- ** Communication**: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Ability to check designs for accuracy and ensure the highest quality of work.
