**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team at eprintpost. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle client accounts and maintain regular communication to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide post-sales support, address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing loyalty and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or account management (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Knowledge of the printing industry or related field is a plus.
