Job Description Importance of the Role:
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be required to create confirmed orders using our storefront system
- Maintaining a detailed record of the customer communications for QC and audit purposes
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets and order fulfilment
- Your KPIs will include: Customer first response time, Issue resolution time, customer satisfaction score, expansion revenue %, customer retention rate, daily orders created

Qualifications for the role:

- **Pharma Graduate (must)**:

- Excellent verbal and written _communication skills_
- Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical products
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
- Efficiency and organizational skills
- _Administrative skills_
- Computer literacy to type up reports, results and details of customer interactions
- At least 1 year of similar experience is a bonus

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
