Job Title: Video call Advisor

Role:
1) Provide service support

2) Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention

3) Maintain standardization of service delivery

4) Providing proactive customer outreach

5) Collecting and analysing customer feedback. Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments

6) Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content

7) Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company. This is achieved using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
- Min Qualification
- Graduate
- Experience - Minimum 6 months of Experience
- Skills Required: Excellent Communication in English and basic computer knowledge
- Shifts - 7 am to 11 pm ( Any 9hrs Rotational)
- Home drop facility for 2 pm to 11 pm Shift
- Salary: - 2 LPA 2.3 LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
