**Job Title**: Showroom Sales Executive / Customer Consultant**About Us**

**Your Role**

As a **Showroom Sales Executive**, you will be the **face of our showroom**. Your role is to **assist customers end-to-end**, from the moment they enter the showroom until their dream home tiles are delivered.

**Key Responsibilities (Step by Step)**
- **Welcome Customers with a Smile** - Greet every customer warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- **Understand Customer Requirement -**Ask simple questions to know their **needs, project type, and budget**.
- **Showcase Our Product -**Take customers around the showroom.
- **Explain different tile options, finishes, and combinations -**Suggest **mix-and-match ideas** to help them visualize their dream space.
- **Prepare Customer Requirements - Note quantities and measurements** carefully.
- **Calculate their requirements** as per the project.
- **Prepare & Present Quotations** - Make quotations **manually and in Excel -**Explain pricing and options clearly to customers.
- **Follow Up & Negotiate**:

- Call and **follow up with interested customers**.
- **Negotiate smartly** to close the sale.
- **Confirm Orders & Coordinate**:

- **Collect advance payments** when orders are confirmed.
- Share order details with **Logistics & Accounts** for delivery.
- **Ensure Excellent Customer Experience**:

- Make every customer feel **valued and satisfied**.
- Encourage **repeat business and referrals**.

**Who Can Apply?**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
