**The Role**

**Objective and Responsibilities**

Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.
- Ensure fulfilment of customer’s gold loan requirement -Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process -Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touch stone, acid and salt water -Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
- Build long-term relationship with customers for future business
- Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage locations

**Skills & Requirements**

**Must haves**
- Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on the location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus -Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications -Two-wheeler and license for travel -Technical Skills - Ability to use touch stone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ensuring right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
