We are hiring Gold Appraiser in APFL Gold Loan,

PUNE - **411001**

Ø Experience:

- 2 - 4 years

Ø Location: - Dhole Patil Road, Pune.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.
- Maintain and update account records
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
- Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
- Responsible to attending walk -in clients at Branches.
- Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellery as per company norms.
- Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.
- Responsible for tele-calling to customers for following up on interest collection regularly.
- Must have Graduation.
- Must have experience in any NBFC/Banking/Gold loans, Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
