- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments for all modalities based on availability of slots, and resolve issues for customers
- Maintain and update customer information
- Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
- Booking of home collections and forwarding to home collection department
- Maintaining data of Received and Missed calls

**Salary**: ₹9,431.32 - ₹24,908.72 per month

- JAMMU, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
