- Ecommerce hasn’t changed in the last 30 years with respect to how users discover new products. Browsing through thousands and thousands of products is a hassle. It is changing now with content creators coming into the picture and helping users discover new products across millions of SKUs on thousands of eCommerce websites.
Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

**Our Vision**
- The way people shop is changing. People are discovering more and more products on social media. Content creators are the primary source of discovery since theyhave their audience’s trust and promise authenticity. But people don’t know where to buy the products their favorite content creators have displayed in their content.
Wishlink is creating a new way of shopping online by building a **discovery-led shopping experience **based on creators. Creators know what their audience wants and likes, and the audience places their trust on creators for product recommendations.

**What are we looking for**

Additionally, they should possess excellent interaction design skills, with the ability to craft seamless and engaging user interactions. As a Visual and Interaction Designer, you will collaborate closely with Design team to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative solutions that delight our users and drive business objectives.

**Experience**
- Formal training or relevant experience.
- A love for design and an ability to execute amazing design work.

**Responsibilities**
- By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
- Collaborate with product designers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that effectively communicate the brand's aesthetic and enhance the overall user experience.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design comps to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Craft seamless and engaging user interactions through thoughtful interaction design, animation, and micro-interactions.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual and interaction design elements, maintaining adherence to established design systems and guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.
- Advocate for design excellence and user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Animation Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
- Excellent interaction design skills, with the ability to create seamless and engaging user interactions.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions
