**Responsibilities**:
**Phlebotomy Procedures**:Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients.
Ensure the proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected specimens.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner to ease anxiety and ensure a positive experience.

**Marketing Initiatives**:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the healthcare services, with a focus on phlebotomy services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and website.
Participate in community outreach programs and health fairs to promote awareness of our services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Patient Communication**:Communicate effectively with patients to explain phlebotomy procedures, answer questions, and address concerns.
Educate patients about the importance of laboratory testing and the role of phlebotomy in their healthcare.

**Quality Assurance**:Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for phlebotomy procedures.
Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in specimen collection.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Accurately record patient information, test requisitions, and other relevant data.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
Additional qualifications in marketing or a related field are desirable.

**Experience**:Proven experience as a phlebotomist, with a strong understanding of phlebotomy procedures.
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

**Skills**:Excellent phlebotomy skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Certifications**:Phlebotomy certification from a recognized accrediting agency.
Additional certifications in marketing or related areas are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
