**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel and internal databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting**.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data at all times.
- Sort, organize, and analyze data as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to provide data support for decision-making.
- Identify errors, rectify mismatches, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a **Data Entry Operator** or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting - _mandatory_).
- Knowledge of **MS Word, Outlook, and basic computer operations**.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum qualification**:12th**/**Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications** (preferred).
