**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct any discrepancies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Organize and manage data files and records in a systematic manner.
- Retrieve and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Prior experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and data management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

**Salary**: 12,000 to 15,000 INR (depending on qualifications and experience)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
