**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data entry practices.
- Assist in maintaining and updating data entry guidelines and procedures.
- Generate reports, summaries, or analyses based on entered data as required.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entries promptly.
- Monitor and manage data entry queues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Respond to inquiries or requests related to data entry promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and tools.
- Adapt to changes in data entry requirements and procedures as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with data entry tools and software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage data entry tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate data-related issues.
- Understanding of data entry standards and best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related discrepancies.
- Adaptability to changing data entry requirements and priorities.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
