The Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in the financial management and accounting functions of the organization. This position involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Recordkeeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (DP Sheet/MIS Reports/TDS-TCS Data Prepration.
Record all financial transactions in the accounting software (Tally).
Ensure proper documentation (JV's) and filing of financial documents (Bill/Notices Etc).

**Transaction Management**:Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

**Bank and Cash Management**:Manage bank accounts, including reconciling bank statements.
Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improving liquidity.
Prepare and deposit cash receipts as necessary.

**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Must know how to file GST filings (R1 & 3B).

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.

**Audit Support**:Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.
Implement audit recommendations and improvements.

**Vendor Management**:Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding financial matters.
Ensure timely payment to vendors.

**Financial Analysis**:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role is an advantage..
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (tally) and Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
