**Role Description**Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day) - GRNProper Storage and preservation of the materialIssues Material - physical and systemEnsure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materialsMaintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores AreasCo-ordinates with other functionsPrepares list of non-moving and slow-moving itemsTakes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reportsSend documents to accounts for making paymentsEnsure safe handling of materials**Additional Responsiblities**:Supports Packing and Dispatch Function**InternaI & External Interactions**:Purchase - PO, packing material, receipts.PPC - priority, special requirements.Mfg
- Material Control**QA- Quality clearance for Storage and disposal**Packing and Forwarding PO for project material, imports, dispatch and logistic.Accounts
- Documents for payment, inventory, excise.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:SAP - MM ModuleMicrosoft Office ApplicationsCommunication Skills**Qualifications**Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven track record in retail sales and achieving sales targets
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in training and coaching new employees
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic computer skills including ERP
3 to 4 yrs of Experience in the hydraulic or mechanical engineering industry is a plus
Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

Employment Type

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
