- **1 to 5 years of experience** in **internal audit, risk assessment, and compliance** is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Internal Audits**:

- Perform risk-based internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes.
- Identify gaps in compliance and internal controls.
- **Financial & Process Review**:

- Verify financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
- **Risk Assessment & Mitigation**:

- Identify potential risks and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in developing risk management strategies.
- **Compliance & Regulatory Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Support the external audit process by coordinating with auditors.
- **Process Improvements**:

- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor internal controls and suggest necessary modifications.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit activities and compliance reports.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
✔ Strong knowledge of **accounting standards, auditing principles, and financial analysis**.
✔ Proficiency in **MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software**.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Ability to **work independently** and meet deadlines.
✔ Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

**Salary & Benefits**:
