A Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations within a company. This role involves a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational tasks to facilitate effective sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Processing**: Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary details are captured, and the orders are entered into the system promptly.

**Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers to provide order updates, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, as well as maintaining sales databases and records.

**Sales Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for sales managers and executives.

A Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This position requires a blend of administrative abilities, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
