1. Supervising all the activities connected to accounts and duties discharged by staffs such as routine and regular bank transactions, payment receipts, accounts payable and receivables, General ledger entries, Payroll processing, Sales, Sales invoices, purchases, Purchase Orders, Supervising the day to day transactions. 2. Creditors payment follow-up as per Terms & conditions 3. Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts and annual budgets. 4. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return. 5. Should ensure that all the transactions are recorded accurately in the given system (software). 6. Presents recommendations to management on short - and long - term financial objectives and policies. 7. Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, includes income statements, balance sheets, Profit and loss, Cash flow statements. 8. Should prepare budgeting by analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, providing insights for budget development. 9. Should concentrate on financial forecasting to help the Organization plan for future financial needs. 10. Salary accounting in software and reconciling salary payments 11. Collaborating with cross functional teams across the Organization such as HR, Operations to provide financial insights, support decision making and collaborate on projects and initiatives that have financial implications. 12. Responsible to handle their own accounts team members, providing guidance, and training and performance evaluations. 13. Accountant should maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial practices, adhering to professional codes of conduct. 14. Coordinating with Auditors for certification of documents for submission to Govt etc., 15.
