**About us**:
**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Identify potential customers and build a strong relationship with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries about products and services offered.
- Builds relations with key customers and channel partners across verticals.
- Handling entire distributor/wholesaler account right from the appointment, ordering, accounting, delivery, stock management, MIS
- Retail management (Promotion, Order, Services, Customer Services)
- Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Define pricing strategy and profit monitoring.
- Tracking competitor activities and developing strategies to counter the same.
- Cold calling to potential customers like MNCs, small-medium scale industries, distributors, retailers etc.
- Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.
- Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Generating leads for distributorship.
- Appointment of Distributor
- Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures within zones.
- Undertaking relevant research.
