**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language impairments, and other disabilities
- Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning abilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help students overcome academic challenges and build confidence
- Use specialized instructional techniques and assistive technologies to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate inclusive practices into mainstream classrooms
- Monitor and document students’ progress, challenges, and achievements through regular assessments and reports
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff regarding students’ development and support strategies
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment that promotes inclusion and respect for diversity
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Counseling Psychology) with a B.Ed in Special Education or Diploma (recognised by RCI)
- 1-3 years of experience working with children with special needs, including learning disabilities and various other disabilities
- Experience with ICSE, CBSE, or IGCSE board curriculum
- Strong understanding of special education strategies, interventions, and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with diverse needs

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, counselors)
- Proficiency in using assistive technology and educational software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
