**Job Role**

**Planning and Production Control Officer**
- Receipt or market forecast from marketing head / management.
- Receipt of order booking through indent with special specks or modifications if any.
- Co-ordinating with stores & purchase for the availability of raw material for confirmation on delivery schedule.
- Resource Planning in Tranzact & PPC for every week.
- Co-ordinating with QC for inward and final inspection.
- Resolving other inter departmental issues for smooth supply chain activity.
- Before Confirmation of Delivery ensure PDI was happened.
- Vehicle wise dispatch schedule should be updated in FG out Whatsapp group.
- After Vehicle loading packing list from FG Manager should be collected and Invoice generation should be done with the help of Accounts Department.
- Make sure Delivery challan is updated in Tranzact.
- Co-ordinating with logistics for final dispatch.
- Cross Verifying figures in Tranzact & Actuals.
