**Job description**
- Maintain relationship with banks and generate the business
- Manage bancassurance sales in assigned bank branches
- Achieve daily targets, cross-sell insurance to bank customers
- Collaborate with Branch Manager on business plans
- Develop short/long-term plans, obtain referrals and written proposals
- Responsible for close sales and ensure desired persistency ratio

Must be Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should be between 23 and 32 yrs.
Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales from any industry, Preferably BFSI Industry

**CTC: Upto 3.5 Lakh/Annum + Incentives**
