Position: Sales Manager

Industry: Water Treatment /RO Plant/WTP Plant/ Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and thrive under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Water industry/products will be an added advantage.
