A body shop advisor's responsibilities primarily revolve around customer service, repair coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the body shop. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, assessing damage, providing estimates, and communicating throughout the repair process. They also manage the flow of work, coordinate with technicians and insurance companies, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle repair needs.
- Explaining the repair process, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
