**Job Title**: Junior Architect

**Location**: [Chennai. Tamilnadu]

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting apartment building projects and contribute to the design and planning process. This role will allow you to develop your skills in architectural design, construction documentation, and project coordination while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop architectural designs for apartment building projects.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Contribute to the production of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
- Participate in design meetings and present design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and feasibility.
- Assist in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address design issues.
- Collaborate with external consultants, such as engineers and designers, to integrate their inputs into the architectural design.
- Utilize architectural software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit, to create and modify design documents.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for architectural design and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
