**Job Title**: Junior Architect / Junior Interior Designer
**Location**: Mandaveli, Chennai

**Qualification**: B.Sc. in Interior Design / B.Architecture

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and presentations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Support senior architects and designers with drafting, modeling, and visualizing concepts
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
- Render photo-realistic visuals using V-Ray
- Assist in preparing mood boards, material boards, and design documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors as needed
- Conduct site visits for measurement, inspection, and implementation support
- Maintain project documentation and presentation files

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. in Interior Design or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- **Experience**: 0 to 2 years in architecture or interior design practice
- **Software Proficiency**:

- AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
- SketchUp (3D Modeling)
- 3ds Max with V-Ray (Rendering)
- Adobe Photoshop (Presentations & Visual Enhancements)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial planning
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
